지난 2011년 12월31일, 오바마의 인준으로 통과된 미국의 NDAA(the National Defense Authorization Act) 법안은 실제적으론 계엄법(martial law)에 해당한다고 볼 수 있습니다. 

 

이전까지 오바마는 이 법안에 인준하지 않겠다고 약속했지만, 이번 일로 이 약속이 대중들을 속이기 위한 거짓이었음이 드러났습니다. 

 

이 법안에는 자국 내에서 테러 위험이 있다고 여겨지는 사람들을 언제든지 영장 없이 체포하여 재판 없이 오랜 기간 동안 구류(prolonged detention), 심문할 수 있다는 내용을 담고 있다. 그리고 저들을 심문하고 구류하는데, FEMA가 이용될 것이라고 알려지고 있다.

 

이는 오바마 행정부와 세계정부에 반대하는 세력들을 언제든지 ‘잠재적인 테러분자’라는 누명을 씌워 FEMA에 가두고 처단할 수 있는 길을 열어놓은 무서운 법안인 것이다.

 

만일 미국내에서 911사태와 같은 심각한 테러가 발생하거나, 현재 위기를 겪고 있는 미국 경제가 붕괴되는 사태가 발생한다면 곧바로 이 법안이 발효되고, 미국은 모든 언론과 자유가 박탈된 통제국가로 바뀌게 될 것이다. 빅브라더의 시대가 오는 것이다.

 

아래 동영상은 오바마가 미국 시민들을 FEMA에 구금하는 것을 정당화하고 있다고 고발하는 내용이다. NDAA 법안의 필요성을 주장한 것인데, 필요성을 주장하다가 이제 법안을 통과시킴으로 합법화시킨 것이다. 일 년 전에 만들어진 이 동영상의 경고대로 모든 일들이 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있다.

President Obama, who pledged to veto the National Defense Authorization Act, has signed it. Of course his promise was only for public consumption. After all, lying to your enemy is what invading corporate takeover armies do.

It was the Obama administration all along that demanded the indefinite detention provisions be added while at the same time telling the America people he was fighting to protect their rights. This is treason on parade, in your face all out despotism!

 

Obama Signs Defense Authorization Bill

President Obama signed on Saturday the defense authorization bill, formally ending weeks of heated debate in Congress and intense lobbying by the administration to strip controversial provisions requiring the transfer of some terror suspects to military custody.

“I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation, and prosecution of suspected terrorists,” Obama said in a statement accompanying his signature.

The White House had originally threatened to veto the $662 billion bill, considered must-pass legislation, over the language that requires mandatory military custody for suspects linked to al-Qaida or its affiliates, even if they are captured in the U.S. Just before the House and Senate passed the bill comfortably, the White House said it would support the bill’s compromise language that, as tweaked by conference committee, would not impede the administration’s ability to collect intelligence or incapacitate dangerous terrorists.

Still, administration officials have admitted publicly the final provisions were not the preferred approach of this administration.
